Service Notes

  • Delays due to weather or airline traffic are charged as travel time.
  • Estimates are not firm quotes; actual costs may vary.
  • Field Service is billed Portal-to-Portal (from the time we leave to the time we return).
  • Warranty Travel and Expenses: All travel and living expenses are billed at cost even in warranty support.
  • Non-Warranty Travel and Expenses: All travel and living expenses are billed at cost +10%.
  • POs or Credit Cards must be entered prior to repair. All major Credit Cards are accepted.

Procedure for Returning Meters for Repair

  1. Please contact Customer Support at: 516-334-0870 for an RMA Number.
  2. Issue PO or Credit Card information when on the phone with Customer Support to initiate repair action. If unit is deemed
    a warranty repair, credit card and/or PO will not be billed.
  3. Send unit in with detailed description of problem in the field. For calibration, designate specifically what is desired.
  4. All transportation costs including customs, freight forwarding or other costs are not covered under warranty. Within the US,
    free UPS ground service return is provided for equipment repaired under warranty.
